Job Description:
RMS is seeking staff augmentation resources to perform the following activities:
•Review the existing Content Manager activities performed by DTMB RMS and DTMB agencies services including but not limited to administration, configuration, and maintenance
•Review the existing Content Manager application and database installation and design
•Provide recommendations on changes to the existing configuration, design or processes that would help optimize CM9 usage and administration
•Provide a recommended approach for adding new agencies to CM9 based on our expectations for new integrations and also supporting the existing customers
•Recommend a patch and upgrade approach based on a the number of servers and resources we have that allows testing and deployment of future software
•Deployment recommendations for a possible SAML2 deployment via MiLogin
