Cherwell Developer with mapping, configurations, stakeholders, USBE and automation experience
Location – Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
• Work with the technology team to design and implement Cherwell forms, workflows, and business logic to facilitate USBE IT processes.
• Administer end user training to USBE personnel.
• Responsible for mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements.
• Recommend Cherwell configurations, best practices, and/or capabilities to best align with business needs and to optimize efficiencies.
• Create and evaluate prototype Cherwell processes, and provide recommendations to IT management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that the Cherwell process flow aligns with business requirements.
• Design solutions for scalability and automation.
• Provide guidance, direction and support to IT Operations for system sustainment..
