Project manager with Audit Report/Audit Plan/audit process and ePMO experience
Location: St. Paul, Minnesota
Duration: 3 months
Project Requirements
The Contractor shall provide services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work, as set forth below:
Perform the Project Audit
Identify key project team members and stakeholders to be interviewed
Explore and analyze relevant project correspondence and deliverables
Prepare IT Project Audit Plan
Gather pertinent data, applicable policies and standards, project success criteria
Conduct research interviews
Provide regular updates to the MMB Chief Business Technology Officer (CBTO) via email, phone, and/or meeting
Draw conclusions and provide recommendations on the project process and documentation
Document the audit process, data and rationale for the findings
Present results of audit
Prepare a draft IT Project Audit report to include findings, recommendations, and conclusions
Conduct a meeting with the Project Manager and Project Sponsors to review and address questions on the draft report and obtain clarifying information
Prepare a final written IT Project Audit Report
Present findings to agency executive sponsors and the project governance bodies
Roles and Responsibilities
Contractor – Perform audit, document audit findings, present audit findings
CBTO – Accept deliverable(s)
State Project Manager – Remediate issues revealed in audit
MNIT Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) – Maintain and provide project audit templates
State CIO – Approve final audit report
Description of Contractor Performance Assessments
Assessments. The State may do assessments of the Contractor’s performance. Contractors will have an opportunity to respond to assessments, and independent verification of the assessment may be utilized in the case of disagreement.
Record. Completed assessments may be kept on record at MNIT PMO and may serve as past performance data. Past performance data will be available to assist in future procurement efforts.
