Cancelled Local/Onsite Project Manager with PMO, RFP Experience

Required Experience
Vendor must demonstrate that all team members have the necessary experience for design, installation,
implementation, training, and support of the services required by this RFP.
Identify the primary, key staff (include names and resumes) of who will be responsible for the execution of the various
aspects of the project including but not limited to: Project Manager, Senior Analyst, Subject Matter Expert and
Technical Analyst.
• Describe team member roles, functional responsibilities, and experience with projects similar in size and scope
to the services required by this RFP.
• For each participating team member, provide a summary of qualifications, years of experience and length of
employment with your company.
• For each participating team member, provide contact information for three references who would be willing
to verify qualifications, experience, and performance.
• Vendor must ensure that each team member assigned to this project has the ability to communicate clearly
in the English language both verbally and in written form.
Scope of Work & Deliverables :
MDHS seeks a vendor to perform Independent Verification and Validation for the SUCCESS project. The SUCCESS project
will use cloud native technologies to replace legacy client eligibility and case management systems.
At a minimum, MDHS expectations include but are not limited to:
• “Independent” Verification and Validation (IV&V) is the set of verification and validation activities performed
by an agency not under the control of the organization developing the software. IV&V services must be
provided and managed by an organization technically and managerially independent of the software
development project.
• Provide an unbiased assessment of the quality and readiness of system components, project deliverables or
any other items required for the successful implementation of the SUCCESS project.
• The IV&V Vendor will analyze and report on each Vendor’s responsibilities and performance metrics to
MDHS to verify that the SUCCESS solution meets business and technical requirements.
• MDHS will procure an IV&V Vendor that will be technically, managerially, and financially independent of the
SUCCESS project, and PMO. The selected IV&V Vendor must have experience with an IV&V implementation.
