Important Notes:
Of key importance is the candidate’s flexibility to work in an environment that has ever-shifting priorities and to make sense out of the chaos that can result. The amount of time required to support and enhance our COTS systems will ebb and flow; so, time will be split between product administrator duties and regular BSA activities. Candidates should bring previous experience to the table to help us implement a more streamlined process as it applies to the implementation and maintenance of our COTS systems and should be prepared to come into an environment that is not highly structured with a set of comprehensive standards and methodologies already in-place.
