TWC is developing a software solution and requires a System Analyst to:
_Facilitate with business area to define requirements, UX, and business rules
_Develop requirements, business rules, and test artifacts
_Work closely with the development team to track defects and resolutions
_Perform other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support TWC’s SDLC for
vocational rehabilitation
_Assists with joint application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define business
requirements and develop software systems requirements
_Prepares project documentation such as functional design specifications, architectural diagrams,
flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical work
flow charts, database design specifications and data warehouse design specifications
_Uses standardized project management processes, tools and techniques to address project needs.
_Communicates effectively with users to determine requirements of new processes and applications or
modifications to existing processes and applications
_Assists with creating, maintaining and enforcing global standards
_Assists in the diagnosis of problems associated with automated applications, and writes detailed
specifications for developing or correcting software to improve system performance and/or accuracy.
_Assists with developing or develop comprehensive test plans with the users and conducts system test
components to ensure changes to existing programs/systems or new programs/systems meet business
requirements.
