Business Analyst to work on two new projects: an upgrade to the Oracle eBusiness Suite and an upgrades to various information management systems. These projects are time-sensitive and need to be completed over the next calendar year.
Guide projects through scoping & proposal processes as part of project initiation as well as be responsible for elicitation of & management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with PMO guidance. Not a technical position, BA will not be doing system design work.
-Lead a small team of IT and business resources in the development of Scoping Documents as part of project initiation. These documents are short treatments (~5 pages) that refine the business problem(s) the project is to address
-Lead a small team of IT and business resources the development of Project Proposals (~8-12 pages) that focus on the solution(s) and approach to solving business problem(s).
-Elicit and manage project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
-Facilitate meeting around project status, requirements elicitation, etc.
