Business Analyst with Java, Visio/SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator/Axure, documentation, data modeling, QA testing, training, mainframe, SQL and oil/gas industry experience

The Worker will apply their expert knowledge of Java in the RRC agency technology stack to support the needs of internal ITS development project teams.
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8Business analysis experience on software development projects.
8Strong collaborative, analytical, written/verbal communication (specifically technical writing) skills and well versed with MS Office suite of products and prototyping/screen mock-up tools such as Visio, SnagIt, or Adobe Illustrator, or Axure.
8Hands-on requirements elicitation and analysis, client management and technical documentation experience, including use cases, prototyping, and data modeling.
8Facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross functional teams.
8Facilitating analysis of functional requirements and design of technology specifications, working with business/functional personnel, capturing requirements by interactive sessions with clients.
8Developing/maintaining an understanding of key business drivers/impacts, assisting clients with identifying and solving business challenges.
8Defining functional design and systems specifications; preparing/reviewing/delivering completed packages.
8Participating and providing guidance to Business and Functional Units in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities.
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
4+ Familiarity with mainframe environments, Core Java / J2EE development environment, and relational databases.
– Experience in Oil and Gas industry as well as general compliance and enforcement related projects as business analyst.
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
