Job Responsibilities:
Work with multiple Divisions and Programs to identify current and future electronic document
needs. Responsible for identifying scope of included processes, participants, and applicable pre-work to
minimize disruption to day-to-day business.
Complete business process reengineering for impacted programs in support of solution
adoption.
Develop working knowledge of constraints and enablers to include applicable regulations,
policies and existing systems and technologies
Conduct needs and market analysis
Prepare summary and executive briefings
Support solution selection, implementation, and adoption
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with diverse groups to elicit business needs and
facilitate consensus on future direction and/or key strategic decisions
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading business process reengineering
Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing and maintaining solution adoption roadmap(s)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing electronic document management strategy(ies)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience conducting market research and evaluating alternative
solutions to meet defined business needs regulations
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with programs governed by state and/or federal

Process Reengineering resource to assess the needs and provide guidance in support of Department-
wide establishment and maturing of procedures, tools, and disciplines for electronic document
management. Candidate needs to excel at making time management decisions that allow them to
complete expected tasks and proactively manage expectations with changing priorities. Proven
successful communication is a necessity, along with delivering high quality work and services when self-
directed.
