*This position will work as part of a transition team until January 2022 – then will transition back to Business Readiness tasks

These positions will be cross functional and support the Customer Strategy and Investment Governance Directorate (CSIG). These positions need to be filled to close a gap in the business readiness group for organizational change management (OCM), data analytics, as well as, drafting, reviewing and QA of various communications, additionally this positon will serve as the liaison between the business readiness group, the customer account management division and the customer experience organization (tbd). These positions will also take on several internal processes such as completion of the MOU effort, serve as the poc and will coordinate ATIR and CAC meetings, and analysis of survey data as it relates to the customer experience.
