Description of Project
The eCharging workflow system was developed in April of 2009. It has processed approximately 2.4 million citations from 2013-2018 and processes an average of 2,193 DWI cases per month. This effort will modernize the backend Architecture and user interface.
BCA is requesting professional QA services to support the eCharging modernization effort and future MNJIS technical initiatives, as needed. This work is to move citation processing out of the current system into a new modernized architecture, which will extend and improve performance across all of eCharging including DWI processing, improve law enforcement and associated vendor integration, establish a new platform for the next generation of eCharging solutions and reduce errors improving cycle time.
