• Provide daily coaching to Product Manager(s) and stakeholders on how to apply scaled agile practices to achieve business success.
• Assist Product Managers and business stakeholders understand how to write Epics and Features, Leading Indicators, Business Value and Acceptance Criteria.
• Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum teams to facilitate program increment planning readiness.
• Assist in facilitating the Program Increment Planning Sessions.
• Ensure there are clear processes and ceremonies in place to increase transparency regarding the program/product status (for example: Solution Demos, Metrics, and Retrospectives).
• Facilitate Product Management level workshops and discussions to generate new ideas and improvements.
• Provide daily coaching to scrum masters, team members to apply scaled agile practices to achieve business success.
• Facilitate team level workshops (Creation of Definition of Done/Ready, Story Pointing, etc.) and discussions to generate new ideas and improvements.
• Facilitate alignment and improvements.
• Help Product Owners and teams to understand how to write User Stories, Acceptance criteria.
• Observe rituals / scrum ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, Retrospectives, and release planning to provide feedback to scrum masters, team leaders and other stakeholders regarding facilitation strategies.
• Help team understand various Agile Metrics, Effective use of Burn-up and Burn-Down Chart, Cumulative flow and other Agile Metrics that help team / PO improve Sprint execution.
• Ensure there are clear processes and ceremonies in place to increase transparency regarding the team’s status (e.g. Demos, Metrics, Scrum of Scrums).
