Active Directory/IAM/Windows Admin with Office 365, ADFI, MS Exchange, Azure AD, PowerShell, SSO and Federation Services (FIM) experience

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
Applied knowledge of Exchange and Microsoft platform products, including Windows 2008/2012 operating systems, Active Directory and Federated Identity, and advanced knowledge of Azure AD.
Applied knowledge of Office 365 in a hybrid enterprise environment.
Proficient written and oral communications skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
Proficient with PowerShell and other scripting skills used to automate messaging processes and reporting.
Knowledge of Federation Services and Single Sign-On (SSO).
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years identity access administration related experience
Job Description:The Information Technology Division needs the assistance of a mid-level Identity Access Administrators to perform operational support and create documentation of complex identity access systems and associated business processes. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, intellectually curious, thoughtful, analytical, and proactive.
The duties of this position can be broad and may include such tasks as adding and removing individuals from the list of authorized users, overseeing password protection and other security measures, monitoring usage of shared resources.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Account provisioning and deprovisioning.
•Granting network folder access.
•Granting ERP related access.
•Group Policy Management.
•Participates in ongoing IAM team projects including, but not limited to, self-service password reset, service request intake process rewrite, AzureAD third party authentication migration, federated authentication, and Onboarding/Offboarding.
Collaborates with IAM team to facilitate change through innovation and automation of existing and new processes, procedures, and policies.
