The North Carolina State Health Plan is seeking an expert business intelligence developer with deep experience in healthcare claims, eligibility & enrollment, and medical provider data to provide analytical support.
This analysis is used to monitor contract compliance of third-party vendors, assist in development of schedules of benefits and formularies, and to assist with the strategic direction for overall plan design. This requires technical proficiency with SAS tools and expertise in health benefits management and associated data
You will work independently to gather business requirements from end users, identify data needs and delivery mechanisms, perform data discovery and data mining across large healthcare datasets, and develop reports and dashboards for end users that are action oriented and easily understood.
Minimum:
•5+ years’ experience data analysis using healthcare claims data
•5+ years’ experience data analysis using healthcare eligibility & enrollment data
•5+ years’ experience data analysis using medical provider data
