Must be able to pass a level 1 background screening, which includes: 7 yr criminal, social security validation, sex offender check Required
MUST HAVE A VALID DL AND DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION Required
Must have 2 yrs experience performing yard maintenance, including power washing Required 2 Years
Must have 2 yrs experience performing building maintenance, including light plumbing Required 2 Years
Must have 2 yrs experience performing building maintenance, including painting Required 2 Years
Must be skilled using lawn mowers and weed trimmers Required
Must be skilled using pressure washers Required
Does the candidate have a handyman license? Highly desired
Job Description:
** Performs miscellaneous landscaping duties
** Miscellaneous outdoor window cleaning
** Perform and assist the Supervisor with manual labor on light repairs, light bulbs, flooring, carpentry, outdoor cleaning.
** Cleans and washes equipment.
** Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
** To maintain and repair minor equipment in the Brooksville Yard.
** To read and understand job-related materials and fill out reports and forms.
** To communicate both verbally and in writing, including following oral/written instructions.
** Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
** Be involved when vendors are called for repairs.’
** Lift, carry, and handle up to 50 pounds.
** Stoop, climb, squat, push, pull, crawl, or bend on a frequent basis.
** Work outdoors in various weather conditions, on various terrains and at various heights.
** Stand for an extended period of time.
