Onsite/Local .Net Developer (15+) with C#, MVC, JavaScript/jQuery, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, JSON, IIS, SSRS, OOA, Xamarin and web accessibility experience

Location: Tallahassee, FL (DOH)
Duration: 6 Months

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and
experience:
5.1. Eight years of experience developing applications in C# .Net;
5.2. Five years of experience with MVC;
5.3. Eight years of experience with Visual Studio;
5.4. Eight years of experience with JavaScript/jQuery;
5.5. Experience with Azure DevOps;
5.6. Eight years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures,
functions, triggers, and views;
5.7. Eight years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and
application requirements;
5.8. Eight years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data
encryption;
5.9. Five years of experience with web accessibility standards;
5.10. Eight years of experience with integrations using JSON and XML data transport;
5.11. Eight years of experience with the IIS environment for clients and servers;
5.12. Five years of experience with SSRS;
5.13. Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practice;
5.14. Five years of experience developing web-based applications;
5.15. Six years of experience with Xamarin; and
5.16. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent
work experience

6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. At the direction of the Department, attend and participate in all ceremonies of a scrum
development project including Planning Sessions, Stand-Up Sessions, Review Sessions, Backlog
Grooming Sessions, Pointing Sessions, and Retrospective Session.
6.1.2. At the direction of the Department, modify, create, and test application code and database code
for identified Stories on a three-week cycle, with zero-defect rate.
6.1.3. Daily, at the direction of the Department, document application modifications and additions as
coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and stored in a document repository.

6.1.4. DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:
The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all
Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as
specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
