Position Description and Job Skill Set
Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.
Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:
– review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimization.
– assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality
– assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic
– assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site
– assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement
– assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training
