**This position is remote for the duration of the engagement. The team will ship equipment.
Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with IT project management Required 3 Years
• PMP certification preferred but not required Highly desired 2 Years
• Strong communication skills Required 3 Years
• Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft Project, Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, and MS Teams Required 3 Years
• Preferred: Visio Highly desired 1 Years
Familiar with the financial accounts Highly desired 1 Years
Description:
Update state project management system (Touchdown) weekly.
Tasks include:
• Tracking Contractors hours worked per week, percentage complete of key work streams, and
related financial and project status information.
• This assignment utilizes MS Project, SharePoint, and related MS tools.
• Scheduling and coordination of working sessions, touchpoints, and related project meetings.
• Taking minutes for project meetings
• Supporting and facilitation of project documentation and templates
• PowerPoint presentation slide support Producing and editing reports
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
