Onsite Help Desk Support Technician with software installation and K-12 experience

Duration: 12 Months
Must be local or relocate to MS.

REQUIRED DEGREE : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
This position supports our Mississippi Student Information System. Support is provided
to MDE and School District users. The prospective applicant will work in a Help Desk
Environment, utilize help desk tools, and install software products for end users as
required. Candidates will work the MDE’s MSIS Application and must be a quick learner.
