Local/Remote Agile BA (CSM/SAFe) with agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence and Election experience
Location: Richmond, VA (ELECT )
Duration: 12 Months
HYBRID – Candidates must be willing to work at least 3 days/week ON-SITE. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Skills:
• Election experience strongly preferred (Any state; Virginia desired) Desired 3 Years
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications Desired 2 Years
• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or member of a SCRUM team Required 5 Years
• The ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors Desired 3 Years
• The ability to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Required 4 Years
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Required 4 Years
Working Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Desired 2 Years
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems Required 3 Years
Seeking resources who are proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering. Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
