Local/Remote Agile BA (CSM/SAFe) with agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence and Election experience
Location: Richmond, VA (ELECT)
Duration: 12 months
HYBRID – Candidate must be willing to work at least 3 days/week ON-SITE. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Skills :
• The ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors Required 3 Years
• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or member of a SCRUM team Required 5 Years
• Election experience (Any State; Virginia desired) Highly desired 3 Years
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications Highly desired 2 Years
•The ability to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Required 4 Years
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Required 4 Years
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems Required 3 Years
• JIRA and Confluence experience Desired 2 Years
Seeking resources who are proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering. Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
