Grant Coordinator
– Monitoring grant projects to review progress and ensure grantee compliance on grant management procedures including procurement, audit review, Title VI and invoice reimbursement.
– Complete desk review, phone call and site visit monitoring visits for 40 RD grants for RD programs and upload monitoring checklists in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), reconcile, save and log to compile all information for the ECD Monitoring Implementation Plan.
– Review and approve reimbursement requests to determine all allowable expenses and if there is sufficient documentation to support approval of the reimbursement request within the guidelines of the grant.
– Support Grants Director in providing technical assistance to grant recipients to comply with all state and federal policies and procedures.
– Correspondence and reminder emails when compliance and reporting deadlines are approaching (as of Oct. 2022 – 87 are past due from grantees), review and log individual grantee reports in CRM system to ensure satisfactory progress, and follow-up with grantees regarding concerns/questions/missed deadlines.
– Review and process pre-grant and contracting forms to ensure they meet legal and fiscal requirements; follow-up with grantees re: missing information/outstanding forms.
– Develop guidelines for standardizing procedures and assisting with automation projects for CRM.
– Entering and uploading grantee and other data into CRM system.
– Check Grant Payment Setup Forms against Edison, and provide feedback to grantees on missing information, if needed add account information to the top for existing accounts.
– Finalizing remaining administrative duties on completed projects.
