Local/Hybrid Courts BA with Judicial and Odyssey experience
Location: Raleigh, NC NCAOC

***This is a hybrid position. AOC will provide office space in Raleigh but working remotely on a day-to-day basis is acceptable. However, there are likely instances where being onsite is needed. For example, if the candidate is supporting end users during an implementation phase, then the candidate would need to be onsite in the county courthouse.
***The candidates will need to go onsite on the first day.

Six Business Analysts required for court processes. This is a hybrid role and candidates will be required to come onsite as requireD.
Preferred candidates will have knowledge of North Carolina court processes in one or more subject matter areas (e.g., civil, criminal—including law enforcement case initiations, warrants, etc., juvenile, estates); strong abilities on case management computer applications; and excellent customer service skills.
Incumbents in this position may assist in configuring, implementing, training, and supporting the suite of Odyssey products, which include case management and e-filing applications provided by Tyler Technologies.
