In depth knowledge of ERP LN 10.7 Manufacturing, Planning, Projects
Knowledge of LN CloudSuite Automotive, Infor Factory Track will be an advantage
Business Process Understanding of client’s organization and industry.
Identifies clients systems, processes, challenges and suggests areas of improvement and presents Business Benefit Analysis.
Performs Problem solving and Root cause analysis
Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications
Experience in supporting Large ERP Environment & Adherence to SLA
Learn & keep updated on the latest business requirements and Product features.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
