Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing and Content Creator who will work closely with the Recruitment and Retention Director. This position will support our team in its hiring efforts to build and enhance our brand and market our department through website content, printed materials, etc. This is a local remote position that will require the incumbent to report to the office for on-boarding. This position provides flexible scheduling with a range of 20-37.5 hours per week dependent upon the incumbent’s availability and work needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging recruitment messaging and content
Design new creative assets for various employer brand profiles, job boards, and advertising channels
Create and post digital content for the careers website and LinkedIn page
Design and create videos or graphics to promote the employer brand
Design and create content for printed marketing materials and signage for career fairs and in-person events
Research new ideas and best practices for optimal performance
Other duties as assigned by the Recruitment and Retention Director
