Patient Bed Matching Program – manage software and workflow change, and training:
Take input from end users and develop software change requests loaded onto a specified DevOps board; manage the change through the software lifecycle.
Develop multi-media training documents and schedule and conduct training with end users, with the focus on a Train-the-Trainer approach.
Assist with meeting minutes and support documents repository in SharePoint site.
HRTS V3 – requirements and testing:
Participates in planning, scheduling, and conducting stakeholder sessions focused on requirements-gathering by assisting the Business Unit team with preparation and documentation (meeting minutes, agendas, existing requirements, workflows, UI/UX prototypes/mockups).
Create DevOps cards based on requirements gathering and provide acceptance criteria in coordination with UI/UX for the HRTS software application.
Participate in sprints and throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Work with team members to test functionality; provide support when required for end users for troubleshooting and bug/break reporting.
Provides successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management. Ensures compliance to work standards and reviews/resolves issues in compliance with project requirements. Reports in writing and orally to State management as necessary. Requires knowledge in project management methodology and managing complex projects with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
