Has experience writing system and end user documentation

3. Position Description and Job Skill Set
This position is a functional support role for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The selected person will concentrate support efforts for Employee Central user issues, data cleansing, and Employee Central advanced reporting. This role will likely include the following duties:
– Work directly with Reporting Team to troubleshoot issues with reports and determine data discrepancies
– Determine approaches and excute data cleansing activites with other functional resources
– Assist functional team with troubleshooting complex issues
– Meet with stakeholders to document system and reporting requirements
– Test resolutions for defects and document findings in tracking system
– Work directly with end users to resolve transaction issues
– Work with functional to define approaches for mass updates and validate load files
– Review and update training materials
