To provide on-site technical support in audio visual and video conferencing equipment technology for the Virginia IT Agency. Provide Audio Visual support for meetings and conferences, setting up microphones, speakers, projectors and all other equipment

To provide on-site technical support in audio visual and video conferencing equipment technology for the Virginia IT Agency. Provide Audio Visual support for meetings and conferences, setting up microphones, speakers, projectors and all other equipment needed for successful meetings. Provide live stream support for meetings utilizing Microsoft TEAMS. This includes network administration, performance monitoring and hardware support. Individual should also be familiar with end user support services for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years of Audio Visual and Video Teleconferencing experience is required. Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Video conferencing systems running over IP, and ISDN networks with substantial experience with Video conferencing systems required. Demonstrated abilities to perform across multiple projects simultaneously and to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues. Excellent organization and planning skills, and an understanding of the utilization of technology in a hybrid environment. The ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written forms and interact with internal employees, clients, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner is essential. Ability to work and think independently and meet deadlines. Work on-site (no remote work).
Preferred Qualifications:
College/Vocational degree/certification related to Information Technology or Information Systems, and experience managing information technology projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
