Experience as a project or program coordinator in an environment subject to commonwealth project management oversight Highly desired 1 Years

Knowledge of Commonwealth records management requirements and practices preferred Nice to have 1 Years
Familiarity and experience using Planview, Microsoft Teams and PowerBI Nice to have 1 Years

*candidate will need to work onsite 2-3 days/wk, NO exceptions

Program meeting coordination and logistics including scheduling meetings, assisting the Division Manager in preparing materials and agenda, ensuring that logistical requirements are met, preparing meeting outcome documentation (which could be in the form of either notes or meeting minutes) and ensuring that resulting tasks are tracked to completion
Assist with the development and maintenance of schedules, project management plans as required for project assigned to the division; may involve coordination with other project teams to ensure appropriate integration of dependencies across the program
Work with the multisourcing services integrator staff to manage platform PMO risks, issues and changes needing VITA involvement
Assist the division manager in tracking progress against established goals, objectives and performance measures
Assist the division manager in preparing materials and agendas for required meetings
Assist in preparing materials for and conducting internal agency oversight committee (IAOC) and/or other internal and external stakeholders; take required minutes and document and track action items
Prepare draft communications for internal and external consumption as needed

Required experience and expertise in MS Office product suite, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint including site administration
Familiarity and experience using Planview, MS Teams, PowerBI preferred
