Hybrid Office Assistant/Project Coordinator (CSM/PSM/CAP/PMP) with MS Office, and data analysis experience
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 12+ months
Remote/On-site: 80% remote, 20% must be on site
Candidate will need to be on site for equipment pickup.
Preferred/required skills:
1.Functional Experience – 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, etc.), Wiki systems, and previous office assistant work.
2.Interpersonal Relationships – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with others of all personality types while demonstrating problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks.
3.Communication – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate in verbal and written form with both technical and non-technical personnel.
4.Initiative – Candidates must demonstrate success as a self-starting, hardworking, and inquisitive worker.
5.Teamwork – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.

Responsibilities:
As an Office Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Assist USIMS Program Manager with new hires – paperwork, ordering, meetings, etc.
Work with the Administrative Secretary to support the USIMS Product and teams.
Take meeting notes and route matters requiring staff actions.
Maintain latest information in wiki for advisory boards and working groups as necessary.
Acts as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of
meeting the needs of management, staff, and other customers.
Other duties as assigned.
