Hybrid Security PM/Project Coordinator with SharePoint/Teams, RASIC, WBS, cybersecurity experience

Primary Responsibilities
•Schedule meetings as directed and manage the invitee list(s)
•Coordinating online and in person meeting logistics
•Act as a scribe for all meetings by taking notes and specifically documenting Action Items
oAll meetings should have some level of output, documentation and tracking of items
•Assist in the development of meeting agendas and supporting documents to drive meeting results
oAll meetings should have a clear agenda, objectives, and capture (documentation)
•Maintain, track, and overall manage the Action Item list(s)

•Ensuring that program required documentation is complete
•Manage the documentation and outputs/artifacts (access, storage, versioning, etc.)
•Manage the SharePoint/Teams site for participants and stakeholders
•Assist in the production of weekly progress/status report artifacts
•Assist in the development of Program Plans
•Assist in the development of RASIC (roles & responsibilities)
oAll team members and stakeholders should have a defined role with clear responsibilities
•Assist in the development of a Work Plan(s)/WBS
•Maintain and track the Work Plan(s)/WBS
•Manage the overall Program Calendar of Events/Major Milestones
•As needed/as directed create program/workstream documentation and artifacts
•Assist in the production of metrics and reporting
•Other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned
Secondary Responsibilities
•Act as “backup” for Program Lead

The Shared Program Coordinator will assist with Michigan Cyber Partners, a collaboration between divisions at the State of Michigan and local public entities across Michigan to strengthen and improve cybersecurity, and the Michigan Cyber Civilian Corps (MiC3), a group of trained technical experts who volunteer to provide assistance to the State of Michigan during a cyber incident. Shared Program Coordinator will work with each of the project leads and will assist with member management, communicate, and interact with members and applicants, ensure each program’s processes are followed, and schedule meetings as necessary.
