NC DHHS Data Office seeks a Data Integration and Interoperability Specialist.
•Identify key use cases for API-based data exchange within DHHS and/or for public access
•Develop and maintain APIs for use cases identified
•Work with enterprise architecture team to develop a data model for DHHS to enable whole person health
•Identify and profile existing data sources with respect to common data elements
•Identify relevant data standards and make recommendations re adoption of those standards where appropriate
•Develop pipelines for data integration to enable whole person health
•Develop proof of concept FHIR-based data exchange
Knowledge/Skills/Education:
