Hybrid/Local (W2) GIS Analyst with administration/configuration, change management, incident response, Python, ESRI ArcGIS, SQL Server and geospatial data structure experience

Candidate is required to come onsite 2x a week from day 1. This is not a remote position

Onsite Location (Optional – Detroit location) -" We have a small office in Detroit that we would be open to allowing a contractor to go to for the two days in office. We would like them to come to Lansing for the first few weeks for onboarding and cross-training, then we could switch their location to Detroit for their two days in office after that."

Manager is willing to accept someone who has less experience, but holds a lot of promise. They would like to see some of the required skills below, but already have training and mentorship in place for this candidate.
Desired technical and software skills include, but not limited to:
•Software administration and configuration (they need to have some experience with Software Administration, but not a ton)
•IT change management
•IT incident response (troubleshooting systems and resolving issues)
•Process automation (Python or other scripting tools)
•ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise administration
•Microsoft SQL Server
•Basic understanding of geospatial data structure is desired
