Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Solution Architect Roles/Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect, you will be part of a team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for our clients. You will spend most of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will architect, design, and implement high-quality CRM / XRM applications and platform solutions that include such activities as:
Required Qualifications
•7+ years of Enterprise work experience
•5+ years of Architecture Experience
•3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience
•Experience in developing and consuming RESTful/SOAP APIs. Extensive experience in Framework such as spring, Hibernate. Experience in Design and Development of Workflows.
•Strong experience in CRM integration to SQL Server databases.
•Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM customization, workflows and .NET integration
•Hands on development of plugins and custom workflow assemblies
•Working knowledge of the web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM
•Experience in building back-end application code that interfaces with other systems, services and APIs/RESTful APIs.
•Working with customers to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, and consulting with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM/XRM platform
•Developing data conversion and testing strategies
•Training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM General Requirements: Microsoft Dynamics architecture, design, implementation, and deployment experience in delivering enterprise level solution. Ability to develop software based on the description of business logic and based on the existing Application. Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision.
•Experience on Agile development experience.
•General understanding of full lifecycle development of a Dynamics CRM application (installation, configuration, customization, and deployment)
•Deep understanding of best practices
•Understanding of the Microsoft and software technologies – .NET development, SQL Server system integration technologies and techniques
•Experience designing Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions
