The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst is an Information Technology (IT) position and will provide business analysis and testing skills for the release of enhancements to the Childcare Licensing Automated Support System (CLASS). Project scope includes supporting accuracy and functionality of system development across the organization by coordinating UAT and post-production validation of development projects and releases. The UAT Analyst will plan, monitor, and control testing activities and tasks.
This position will also be responsible for facilitating regression testing and may assist business users with testing customizations. Works closely with Operations, Application Development, and IT QA to ensure development and testing efforts are completed and meet all outlined requirements in the implemented solution.
The UAT Analyst will also work with the project team to ensure the test environment is put into place before test execution, and managed during test execution. This position will schedule tests for execution, then monitor, measure, control, and report on the test progress, the product quality status, and the test results. They will also coordinate issues resolution and make recommendations for quality assurance process improvements.
The project is expected to produce several deployments within fiscal years 2022 through 2023.
