Job Description :
The networking/Ops Project Coordinator role is responsible for gathering operational
business requirements, presenting requirements to technical staff, and managing network
and operations projects. The candidate chosen for this position is responsible to organize
services on maintenance projects on any court network system. The candidate should have
a solid understanding of network hardware and technology, virtual meeting applications
(Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and have previous experience with audio/visual equipment.
This position is a hybrid of Project Coordinator and Business Analyst. You will gather your
own requirements, manage the project, and interact with the team to complete tasks. This
role includes managing implementation, integration, and content build projects through
defining and executing project plans, assisting in the assignment of appropriate resources,
ensuring adherence to project scope, taking actions to ensure deadlines can be met if/when
project conditions change, and communicating project status to key stakeholders.
Example of Duties :
● Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled
technical projects
● Create management, communication plans and processes
● Coordination with vendors on delivery of goods and services
● Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any
questions or challenges regarding projects.
● Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
● Organizes, chairs, facilitates and documents meetings with users and technical staff
and serves as the lead in defining and documenting project definitions, scope,
objectives, business workflow processes and diagrams.
● Prepares and distributes progress reports; manages risks and issues; corrects
deviations from plans; and performs delivery planning for assigned projects.
● Assists in team development while holding teams accountable for their
commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational
resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team
members.
● Coordinates the use of information analysis related to hardware, software, and data
with organization’s employees and/or the public.
Typical Qualifications :
● Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years in technology or more than two (2) years of
experience in court systems and processes, or (1) years as a Project Manager in an
operational setting.
● Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience as an
Information Analyst or Business Analyst leading teams interfacing with business
personnel, and performing the duties of analysis, design, writing specification
documentation, interpreting requirements for technical development staffs, and
related assignments, on small to large scale IT software projects.
● The candidate will work closely with, and under the leadership of, the on-staff Senior
Program manager.
● The candidate will have the capacity to simultaneously handle multiple projects, and
the ability to effectively communicate detailed requirements to technical
programming staff. At a team level, playing a consultative role to help put in place
the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team.
