Must be able to translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders into written requirement documents for development team. Documents include: Formal Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Technical Use Cases, User stories, Business Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test cases. 7
Provide hands-on project management of enterprise-wide projects including all phases of project life cycle and/or software development life cycle as well as support a project management team7
Strong experience in mapping business processes into technical documentation7
Strong experience in developing Business Cases, Benefit Analysis, and identifying Risks7

This position will require an experienced Project Manager to perform the following tasks:
•Manage IT Projects to include defining projects, tracking progress and status reporting
•Maintain Project Managements Standards

•Maintain an Enterprise Project Portfolio containing multiple projects
•Requirements Management: gathering, analysis, organization and reporting
•Documentation of new development (User Guide, Systems Guide, other)
•Coordinate activities across different organizational functions
•Mentor PMO Team, and increase overall capacity of PMO Team

This goal has an outcome to increase the availability of quality data to drive decisions that improve student outcomes. We are planning to satisfy this goal in part by modernizing our current student information system along with improving the quality of data in connected systems. This will include web-based application development, and creation of dashboards and reports that will improve access, accuracy and ease of use for all stakeholders
