Remote or On-site? On site REQUIRED. Must be available for hybrid (2 days a week) schedule. MUST be local to MI currently or relocate at own expense.
Skills:
Experience in designing software solutions meeting customer’s business needs
Experience meeting ADA Compliance and Secure Application Coding Standards
Highly skilled in .Net technologies including C#, MVC, and Entity Framework
.Net Core experience is preferred
Strong experience with JavaScript libraries
Experience with creating APIs
Experience with SQL Server databases
Experience with Git and DevOps
Oracle database experience is desired, but not required
Must have soft skills as this position will require direct client interaction
This position is a .Net developer for the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget
(DTMB) and will function as a programmer analyst on the COREY Project for the Department of
Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS). DIFS is replacing their core business system with a system built
upon the AMANDA platform from Granicus (formerly Calytera).
This position will be responsible for the following activities:
• Analyze existing DIFS web applications to determine leveragability
• Assist in the development of a COREY strategy for web applications/portal(s)
Prepare a design for the COREY web solution based on the approved strategy
Develop custom web portal, web applications, APIs, and extensions
