1.Experience Drafting, Executing and Documenting Defects – Writing Test plans and Test Cases.
2.Experience Manual Testing in an Agile environment.
3.Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
The person will be assigned a project that they will own. This means participating in stand-ups, communicating with the business, and handling all aspects of the project from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Tester to grow within the Agency. If the person is performing well it could turn into a multiyear contract. They will have the ability to learn test automation efforts as it is launched and expands in the Agency. This department has mature projects and processes in place to help individuals perform well in their position. Cross-Training and mentorship is a big part of this team.
