Job Description:
This employee will perform system analyst assignments, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications. This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages implemented for the Management Agency of the department. This employee may also troubleshoot and manage applications using the following tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, Visual Basic Scripting, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, Java, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, Web Services, AJAX, JQuery.and other software as required.
This position will be maintaining customer COTS/SAAS applications and should have extensive experience with Network and Application Support. Prior experience with advanced Technical Customer Service is a MUST. Knowledge of computer languages a plus.
