Local System Analyst with testing, OOPs, data modeling, DB2 queries, UX, UML, JAD/JAR, mockups, wireframes and traceability matrix experience
Location: Hartford CT (DSS)
Duration: 6+ months
Green Card and Citizens only. Local to CT.
DSS is looking for 1 systems analyst who can perform the functions of analysis and testing of enterprise applications.
The resources will be working on mid to large applications across a multi agency platform collaborating with multiple teams and systems integrators.
– Expert in OOPs concepts
– Well versed with writing queries for DB2
– Strong understanding of UML concepts
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Example of duties include:
– Meet users and gather requirements. Analyzing and document detailed requirements.
– Facilitate JAD and JAR sessions. Create mock ups and wireframes. Document detailed design documents.
– Conduct hands on testing on the application
– Create traceability matrix
