PL/SQL development and enhancements. To enhance, create and tune packages, stored procedures, sqls and other database related entities including writing JAVA scripts, review the current code and enhance the same.

Write and modify PL/SQL code based on the requirement, enhancements and production support with specific emphasis on the development of changes related to data bound queries, SQL tuning, PL/SQL enhancements to get improved performance.
Collaborate development activities with other team members.

Required skills:
Professional experience working with web based application using Oracle as a backend is required.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle 11G/12C/18C database, SQL, PL/SQL programming is required.
Strong designing, development and troubleshooting skills required.
Knowledge of object oriented design concepts, XML, HTML, web scripting tools and version control.
Good oral and written communication skills are required.
Applicants must have strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously.
Candidate should be able to translate functional requirement and ERD/data model into technical design and code.
Candidate should be an excellent team player and independently able to research and provide resolution for production support.

7+ years of working experience with Oracle 11G/12C/18C database.
5+ years of strong SQL and PL/SQL experience including tuning, enhancing and improving performance.
4+ years – translate functional requirement and ER diagrams/data model into application entities and code.
3+ years working experience with Javascript or related technologies.
Preferred skills:
3+ years experience creating ER diagram, data model and entities is strongly preferred.
3+ years – web services development, XML file handling
