ABOUT THE ROLE
• Serve as SCRUM Master for teams
• Coordinate and facilitate cadences for project planning, sprint planning , backlog reviews, daily Scrums and retrospectives
• Ensure that releases across multiple agile teams are executed and delivered on-time, within
• Proven working experience in project management preferably SCRUM Master. Agile project management is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA and Confluence
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
