The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Junior Level Curam Application Development contract resource to provide technical support to all stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role will serve as the resource for agile development team and work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on developing solutions for new system rollouts and enhancements for Child Welfare Services program.
Duties include but are not limited to requirement gathering, Joint Application Development (JAD), fit gap analysis, functional and detailed design, code development, and life cycle management of Child Welfare services program features. Areas of focus will include business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cúram. These activities will involve the use of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), use of XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Oracle, Subversion/Bitbucket, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include implementing Agile software development and testing approaches for entire Service Delivery Lifecycle and deployment to ensure code base is efficient, maintainable, and adhering to DHHS/NC FAST policies and procedures.
This resource will have delivery responsibilities and will work closely with Product owners on design and development of new features and application enhancement as Curam developer.
