ArcGIS Admin with AWS, HA, DR, firewalls, security, Linux, REST API/ArcPy scripting and healthcare experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
8 Required Experience managing ArcGIS Enterprise out of which at least three years in a public cloud environment
8 Required Experience in monitoring the performance and health of the site using server logs and statistics, submitting error reports, and locating, querying, and intervening in current geoprocessing jobs
5 Required Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5 Required Problem solving and analytical skills.
4 Required Experience in securing the site using firewalls and ports, server certificates, and strict HTTPS communication following the best practices for security rules and adhering to enterprise policies.
4 Required Working experience on Linux operating system.
4 Required Experience in building custom administrative automation tools and script workflows using ArcGIS REST API and ArcPy
3 Preferred Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry
2 Preferred ArcGIS Certification
2 Preferred Prior experience with an HHS agency
-Install, configure, and manage ArcGIS software in AWS cloud.
-Create detailed ArcGIS architectural diagrams, Installation Guides, and Runbooks necessary for operational management of ArcGIS software.
-Work with security team in creating a System Security Plan to harden the installation.
-Address non-functional requirements such as scalability, high availability, performance, disaster recovery, and reliability.
-Automate monitoring and incident response to the extent possible through scripting.
-Onboard users to the environment, educate them on best practices, help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
