Mandatory minimum qualifications
Each Training Team member shall have at least two (2) years’ FTE experience designing and developing training materials for enterprise-wide IT system (spanning 3 or more functional areas in an organization).
At least one Training Team member shall have at least two (2) years’ FTE experience delivering training for an IT implementation of an enterprise-wide IT system (spanning 3 or more functional areas in an organization) including performing IT technical writing.
Desirable qualifications
Proposed team lead to hold a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
•Technical Writer – training, communication, and helps people understand and use product or service developed by changes in business processes. Develops documentation that may include but not limited to online help, manuals (system, end-user, training, and instruction), white papers, design specifications, project plans, test plans, business correspondence, how-to-guides, etc. With the rise of e-learning, technical writers may also be charged with creating online training for their audience of learners. Technical writers explain technologies, processes, and products in many formats, including print, online, and other electronic means.
