The NCDIT-Transportation is seeking a Service Support Analyst resource for a 12-month engagement to work with the Client Services Team. The purpose of this position is to work with the other Client Services staff members delivering IT hardware to various locations throughout the state of North Carolina.
This request is part of our ongoing effort to continue providing high quality customer service for the DOT, DMV, and DOH. This position will help to support our mission critical statewide hardware deployment operations. **TRAVEL REQUIRED**
