Automation QA Engineer with Telerik, Load Runner, Agile MVP, Sharepoint and test cases/scripts experience

Technical Skills:
• 5+ years practical experience with the following tools:
o Telerik (automation)
o Load Runner
• Experience working with IT/business teams to understand user stories, create and execute comprehensive test plans in Agile MVP delivery model
• Experience collaborating with application programmers to explain testing results and suggest programming fixes when possible
• Ability to provide accurate and timely work estimates
• Ability to document problems and assist in their resolution.
• Interpersonal/human relations skills; overall ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to effectively present information and communicate clearly in written and oral form to all levels of management is required.
• Ability to explain complex solutions to an audience with a wide variety of technical skills and background
• Must be innovative, creative and possess a passion for excellence
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all management levels
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to analyze a situation for potential future problems
• Must be extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency

• Minimum 5+ years in the IT industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools, Sharepoint, screen capturing technologies such as SnipIt
• Ability to work extended hours when needed, weekends are often required
Additional Preferred Knowledge/Skill Set:
• Experience with the following technologies: .NET, XML Web Services, Angular, MSSQL, JavaScript, ASP.net, ASP.net MVC and IIS.
• Experience working in Agile MVP model
• Working knowledge of server-based, distributed, Web, storage, and development environments and processes
Behavioral Skills:
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Able to collaborate with the team effectively.
Qualification:
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
5-10 year experience on Telerik (automation), have expertise in end to end application testing for multiple concurrent application development effort. Principle responsibilities include being responsible for developing and executing formal test plans for applications. This includes writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, test execution, tracking quality assurance metrics and documenting all issues, while assisting the application developers in resolution.
