SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Configure an instance of Salesforce to be used by C-Level executives to coordinate interactions with corporate partners.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
MEET WITH C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES AND SENIOR IT LEADERSHIP TO DETERMINE HOW TO CONFIGURE SALESFORCE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF INTERACTIONS WITH DONORS AND CORPORATE PARTNERS. CONFIGURE SALESFORCE LICENSES (10) AND ENSURE THEY ARE WORKING PROPERLY.
80% – SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TO CONFIGURE SALESFORCE PLATFORM FOR PILOT FOR EXECUTIVE USE
20% – PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT AFTER PILOT IS DEPLOYED

Job Responsibilities
•Architect, design, develop and implement enterprise solutions in Salesforce
•Recommend the different solution approaches on Salesforce.com platform to build the most cost effective solution
•Suggest direction for all system testing efforts including unit testing, functional testing, end-to-end testing, validation testing and user acceptance testing
•Implement enterprise system and application architecture to ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, extensibility, and application integration with external systems
•Create Packages to deploy code from Sandbox to Production environment; troubleshoot all issues related to code in Sandbox and Production environment
Requirements and Qualifications
•A minimum of five (5) years of experience with architecting large scale Salesforce solutions.
•Experience performing a significant role in all aspects of architecture related work on at least two (2) large IT systems
•three (3) years of experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, Chatter and App-exchange applications
•A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Salesforce.com applications development and implementation
•A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Workflow and Approvals, Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots, Custom Objects and Custom Settings, Reports, Validation rules
•A minimum of four (4) years of experience translating business requirements to technical specifications and working with the development team
•In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com Partner and Customer communities
•Knowledge of different SDLC such waterfall, Agile, etc
