This position will serve as a member of the Business Technology Relationship Management team. The unit is responsible for managing relationship between the DHB program/functional areas and the Technology that supports the business and supports all of the division.
Job Specific Responsibilities
-Research claim editing issues
-Work with various stakeholders to interpret business rules and to collect requirements for system enhancements
-Identify Defects and track through to resolution
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Experience with gathering requirements and interpreting business rules
-Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), NCTracks, or other healthcare payment systems
-Strong knowledge of claims editing, national code sets and the interaction between procedure codes and other data
